What does “Civil disorder” mean in Colorado criminal law?

"Civil disorder" means any planned public disturbance involving acts of violence by an assemblage of two or more persons that causes an immediate danger of, or results in, damage or injury to property or to another person. (C.R.S. § 18-9-120)
