What does “Dependent” mean in Colorado criminal law?

"Dependent" means: (I) A service member's spouse; (II) A service member's child; and (III) An individual for whom a service member has provided more than one-half of the individual's support for at least one hundred eighty days immediately preceding the expiration of a license referred to in this section. (C.R.S. § 42-2-118)
