What does “Financial assistance” mean in Colorado criminal law?

"Financial assistance" means financial assistance for educational purposes, including, but not limited to, loans, scholarships, grants, fellowships, assistantships, work-study programs, or other forms of financial aid. (C.R.S. § 18-5-104.5)
