"Tribe" means the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, or a federally recognized tribe acknowledged by the "Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act of 1994", Pub.L. 103-454, 108 Stat. 4791. (C.R.S. § 16-3-701)
