C.R.S. § 16-18.5-110Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session
(1) Payments received shall be credited in the following order: (a) Costs for crime victim compensation fund, pursuant to section 24-4.1-119, C.R.S.; (b) Surcharges for victims and witnesses assistance and law enforcement fund, pursuant to section 24-4.2-104, C.R.S.; (c) Restitution to victims in the following order: (I) A victim, as defined in section 18-1.3-602 (4)(a)(I), C.R.S.; (II) A victim, as defined in section 18-1.3-602 (4)(a)(II), C.R.S.; (III) A victim, as defined in section 18-1.3-602 (4)(a)(III), C.R.S.; (c.5) Surcharges related to the address confidentiality program pursuant to section 24-30-2114, C.R.S.; (d) Time payment fee; (e) Late fees; and (f) Any other fines, fees, or surcharges.
