C.R.S. § 16-19-112Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session
Any person who delivers to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his or her custody under the governor's warrant, in willful disobedience to section 16-19-111, commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
