C.R.S. § 18-18-306Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session

Persons registered to manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled substances under this part 3 shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record keeping and inventory requirements of federal law and with any additional rules adopted by the board or BHA.
