C.R.S. § 18-18-406.1Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session
(1) Except as provided in section 25-5-427 or article 10 of title 44, it is unlawful for any person to use or possess any amount of any synthetic cannabinoid or salvia divinorum. (2) A person who violates any provision of subsection (1) of this section commits a level 2 drug misdemeanor.
