"Drug related felony" means a felony conviction for an offense described in: (1) IC 35-48-4-1 through IC 35-48-4-11.5 (repealed); or (2) IC 35-48-4-13 (repealed) through IC 35-48-4-14.7 . (Ind. Code § 35-48-1.1-17)
