What does “Geolocation information service” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Geolocation information service" means a person that offers or provides GPS service or other mapping, locational, or directional services to the public by means of an electronic device, including a cellular telephone, a wireless fidelity (wi-fi) equipped computer, or a GPS navigation or tracking unit. (Ind. Code § 35-31.5-2-143.5)
