What does “Internet crime against a child” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Internet crime against a child" means a conviction for a violation of: (1) IC 35-42-4-4 (child exploitation); (2) IC 35-42-4-4 (d) or IC 35-42-4-4 (e) (possession of child sex abuse material) (before July 1, 2026), or a child sex abuse material offense under IC 35-42-4-4.5 (after June 30, 2026); or (3) IC 35-42-4-6 (child solicitation).
