What does “Penal facility” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Penal facility" means a state prison, correctional facility, county jail, penitentiary, house of correction, or any other facility for confinement of persons under sentence, or awaiting trial or sentence, for offenses. (Ind. Code § 35-31.5-2-232)
