What does “Supervising agency” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Supervising agency" means: (A) a court, in the case of an individual who is required to wear a monitoring device as a condition of probation or pretrial release; (B) a community corrections program, in the case of an individual who is required to wear a monitoring device as a condition of community corrections; or (C) the parole board, in the case of an individual who is required to wear a monitoring device as a condition of parole. (Ind. Code § 35-38-2.7-1)
