"violent arrestee" means a person arrested for or charged with a crime of violence (as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-79 ), that is a Level 1 felony, Level 2 felony, Level 3 felony, Level 4 felony, or Level 5 felony. (Ind. Code § 35-33-8-3.4)
