Sec. 4. The department shall, not later than January 1 of each year, submit an annual report to the general assembly on the operation of the transitional programs established under this chapter. The report must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 and must include information concerning the following: (1) The number of offenders who participated in the program. (2) The types of programs in which the offenders participated.
