Sec. 214. (a) "Offender against children", for purposes of IC 35-42-4-10 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-10 (a). (b) "Offender against children", for purposes of IC 35-42-4-11 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-11 (a).
