Sec. 255.5. (a) "Provider", for purposes of IC 35-37-4 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-37-4-6 (d). (b) "Provider", for purposes of IC 35-40.5 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-40.5-1-1 .
