Sec. 303. (a) "Sexually violent predator", for purposes of IC 35-38-1-7.5 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-38-1-7.5 (a). (b) "Sexually violent predator", for purposes of IC 35-42-4-10 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-10 (b).
