Sec. 60. (a) "Consumer product", for purposes of IC 35-44.1-2-3 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-44.1-2-3 (a). (b) "Consumer product", for purposes of IC 35-45-8 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-45-8-1 .
