Sec. 2.1. As a condition of probation for a person who is found to have: (1) committed an offense under IC 9-30-5 ; or (2) been adjudicated a delinquent for an act that would be an offense under IC 9-30-5 , if committed by an adult; the court shall require the person to pay the alcohol and drug countermeasures fee under IC 33-37 .
