Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "dispatched firefighter" means a member of: (1) the fire company having jurisdiction over an emergency incident area; or (2) a fire company that has entered into a mutual aid agreement with the fire company having jurisdiction over an emergency incident area; who has been dispatched by the local fire department having jurisdiction over the particular emergency incident area.
