Sec. 0.1. The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows: (1) The amendments made to section 1 of this chapter by P.L.11-1994 apply only to an offender (as defined in IC 5-2-12-4 , as added by P.L.11-1994 and before its repeal) convicted after June 30, 1994. (2) The amendments made to sections 3, 4, and 5 of this chapter by P.L.80-2008 apply only to persons convicted after June 30, 2008.
