Sec. 2. (a) It is unlawful for a permittee to recklessly sell, keep for sale, barter, furnish, or give away an alcoholic beverage which the permittee is not entitled to sell, keep for sale, barter, furnish, or give away under the permit. (b) A person who violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-32(4).]
