Sec. 3. (a) It is unlawful for the holder of a carrier's alcoholic permit to import or transport alcoholic beverages in a vehicle that has not been registered with the commission as required by this title. (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-30.]
