Sec. 6. (a) It is unlawful for the holder of a liquor wholesaler's permit to have an interest in a beer permit of any type under this title. (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-42(p).]
