Sec. 3. A person who violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor, except as provided in IC 9-21-8-56 (d), IC 9-21-8-56 (f), IC 9-21-8-56 (g), and IC 9-21-8-56 (h). [Pre-1991 Recodification Citations: 9-4-6-2; 9-4-6-3.]
