Sec. 13.5. If: (1) a case filed under IC 9-30-5 is terminated in favor of the defendant; and (2) the defendant's driving privileges were suspended under: (A) section 9(b) of this chapter; or (B) section 9(c) of this chapter; the bureau shall remove any record of the suspension, including the reason for suspension, from the defendant's official driving record.
