What does “Chemical weapon” mean in New Jersey criminal law?
"Chemical weapon" means: (a) a toxic chemical and its precursors, except where intended for a lawful purpose as long as the type and quantity is consistent with such a purpose. (N.J.S.A. 2C:38-3)
