What does “Comprehensive enforcement program” mean in New Jersey criminal law?
"Comprehensive enforcement program" means the program established pursuant to the "Comprehensive Enforcement Program Fund Act," sections 1 through 9 of P.L.1995, c.9 (C.2B:19-1 et seq.). (2) The terms "labor assistance program" and "enforced community service" have the same meaning as those terms are defined in section 5 of the "Comprehensive Enforcement Program Fund Act," P.L.1995, c.9 (C.2B:19-5). (3) "Public entity" means the State, any county, municipality, district, public authority, public agency and any other political subdivision or public body in the State. (4) "Court-imposed (N.J.S.A. 2C:46-2)
