What does “Consumer product” mean in New Jersey criminal law?

"Consumer product" includes but is not limited to any cosmetic, drug or food product as defined in section 1 of P.L.1987, c.421 (C.2C:40-16) or any article, product or commodity which is customarily produced or distributed for use by individuals. L.2000,c.153,s.1. (N.J.S.A. 2C:40-19)
