What does “Covert firearm” mean in New Jersey criminal law?

"Covert firearm" means any firearm that is constructed in a shape or configuration such that it does not resemble a handgun, rifle, shotgun, or machine gun including, but not limited to, a firearm that resembles a keychain, pen, cigarette lighter, cigarette package, cellphone, smart phone, wallet, or cane. ii.
