What does “Interconnected network” mean in New Jersey criminal law?

"Interconnected network" means a set of computer nodes, including, but not limited to, personal computers, mobile devices, and physical or virtual servers that are linked together to facilitate the transmission of data between users. "Item depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child" shall have the same meaning as provided in subsection b. of N.J.S.2C:24-4. L.2017, c.141, s.8; amended 2024, c.92, s.4. (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4.1)
