What does “Kosher” mean in New Jersey criminal law?
"Kosher" means prepared under and maintained in strict compliance with the laws and customs of the Orthodox Jewish religion and includes foods prepared for the festival of Passover and represented to be "kosher for Passover." L. 1988, c. 154, s. 1. (N.J.S.A. 2C:21-7.2)
