What does “Solicit” mean in New Jersey criminal law?
"Solicit" means to offer to create or generate, or to advertise the ability to create or generate, a work of deceptive audio or visual media, whether or not for hire, commission, monetary remuneration, or pecuniary gain. (N.J.S.A. 2C:21-17.8)
