What does “Specified controlled dangerous substance” mean in New Jersey criminal law?

"Specified controlled dangerous substance" means heroin, cocaine, lysergic acid diethylamide, phencyclidine, methamphetamine, phenyl-2-propanone (P2P) and any other controlled dangerous substance specified under the provisions of N.J.S.2C:35-5 as being unlawful to manufacture, distribute, or dispense, or to possess or have under a person's control with intent to manufacture, distribute or dispense.
