2C:35-A-5. Revocation or reduction of penalty assessment. The court shall not revoke or reduce a penalty imposed pursuant to this chapter except in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.2C:35-12. An anti-drug profiteering penalty imposed pursuant to this chapter shall not be deemed a fine for purposes of N.J.S.2C:46-3. L.1997,c.187,s.2
