9. a. There is established within the General Fund a dedicated, non-lapsing fund to be known as the "Municipal Court Diversion Fund," which shall be administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts. b. The fund shall be the depository of a $75 application fee collected pursuant to section 8 of P.L.2013, c.158 (C.2C:43-13.8) for admission to the conditional dismissal program established pursuant to P.L.2013, c.158 (C.2C:43-13.1 et al.). c. Monies in the fund shall be used to offset the cost of the intake and monitoring services for defendants diverted from municipal court prosecution for petty disorderly persons and disorderly persons offenses under conditional dismissal pursuant to P.L.2013, c.158 (C.2C:43-13.1 et al.).
