4. The provisions of P.L.1987, c.197 (C.2A:58C-1 et seq.) shall not apply to any public nuisance action brought by the Attorney General pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2022, c.56 (C.2C:58-35). L.2022, c.56, s.4.
