What does “Compounding” mean in New York criminal law?
"Compounding" means the combining, admixing, mixing, diluting, pooling, reconstituting, or otherwise altering of a drug or bulk drug substance to create a drug with respect to an outsourcing facility under section 503B of the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and further defined in this section. 41. (N.Y. Public Health Law § 3302)
