480.25 Election of remedies. The imposition of a judgment or order of forfeiture pursuant to this article with respect to a defendant's interest in property shall preclude the imposition of a judgment or order of forfeiture with respect to such interest in property pursuant to the provisions of any other state or local law based upon the same criminal conduct.
