60.00 Applicability of provisions. 1. The sentences prescribed by this article shall apply in the case of every offense, whether defined within or outside of this chapter. 2. The sole provision of this article that shall apply in the case of an offense committed by a juvenile offender is section 60.10 of this article and no other provisions of this article shall be deemed or construed to apply in any such case.
