What does “Antique firearm” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Antique firearm" means: (1)(a)(i) any firearm, including any firearm with a matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap, or similar type of ignition system, manufactured in or before 1898; (1)(a)(ii) a firearm that is a replica of any firearm described in this Subsection (1)(a), if the replica: (1)(a)(ii)(A) is not designed or redesigned for using rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed ammunition; or (1)(a)(ii)(B) uses rimfire or centerfire fixed ammunition that is no longer manufactured in the United States and is not readily available in ordinary channels of commercial trade; or (1)(a)(iii)(A) t (Utah Code Ann. § 76-11-101)
