What does “Authorized guardian” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Authorized guardian" means: (1)(a)(i) the parent or legal guardian of a child who: (1)(a)(i)(A) is under 18 years old; and (1)(a)(i)(B) has an invisible condition; or (1)(a)(ii) the legal guardian or conservator of an adult who: (1)(a)(ii)(A) is 18 years old or older; and (1)(a)(ii)(B) has an invisible condition.
