What does “Certifying official” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Certifying official" means: (2)(a) the head of the certifying entity; (2)(b) a person in a supervisory role who has been specifically designated by the head of the certifying entity to issue Form I-918 Supplement B certifications on behalf of that agency; (2)(c) a judge; or (2)(d) any other certifying official defined under 8 C.F.R. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-38-502)
