What does “Claimant” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Claimant" means: (4)(a) an owner of property; (4)(b) an interest holder; or (4)(c) an individual or entity who asserts a claim to any property for which an agency seeks to forfeit. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-11a-101)
