What does “Dependent” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Dependent" means an individual for whom a deceased victim, or a permanently impaired victim, had a legal obligation to provide dependent support at the time of the criminal conduct by the defendant. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-38b-102)
