What does “Electronic communications system” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Electronic communications system" means a wire, radio, electromagnetic, photooptical, or photoelectronic facilities for the transmission of wire or electronic communications, and a computer facilities or related electronic equipment for the electronic storage of the communication. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-22-2.5)
