What does “Emergency aid” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Emergency aid" means aid or assistance, including law enforcement, fire, or medical services, commonly summoned by persons concerned with imminent or actual: (1)(a)(ii)(A) jeopardy to any person's health or safety; or (1)(a)(ii)(B) damage to any person's property. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-108)
