What does “Fully automatic weapon” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Fully automatic weapon" means a firearm that fires, is designed to fire, or can be readily restored to fire, automatically more than one shot without manual reloading by a single function of the trigger. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-11-201)
