What does “Identifying document” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Identifying document" means: (1)(a)(i)(A)(I) a government issued document commonly used for identification; (1)(a)(i)(A)(II) a vehicle registration certificate; or (1)(a)(i)(A)(III) any other document, image, data file, or medium containing personal identifying information as defined in Subsection 76-6-1101(1)(a).
